Meetings are held nine months of the year, excepting January, August, and December

  • Competition nights are held the first Tuesday of each month and give our members input on their images from professionals in the field and is an opportunity to see what other members are doing.
  • Program nights are held the third Tuesday of each month and feature slide presentations from outstanding professional photographers. We have an opportunity to learn about techniques and equipment.
  • At the Digital Interest Group meetings on the fourth Tuesday , attendees discover the latest in tips, techniques, and technology

We go on field trips throughout the year to learn from each other and explore together. These trips include tide pooling, excursions to locations of natural beauty in California, and an annual Field Trip to Bishop, California in the fall to photograph autumn colors and surrounding areas.

We participate in several print shows annually to share the best of our images with Santa Barbara

We assemble at our Annual Banquet to view all the winning slides and award the winners

Members of our Club get together for small group discussions and critiques of photos, social events, and other activities

Channel City Camera Club Competition nights, Program nights, and Digital Interest Group meetings are open to the public. Competition entry and Field Trip participation are limited to paid members.
